Day 1: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth
Our driver-guide picks you up from Kampala at your hotel or place of residence by 7:30 am after your early morning breakfast, and then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will make your first stopover at the Equator crossing for photography and then continue with the visit to the Igongo Cultural Center in Biharwe, Mbarara, to learn and see the evolution of the Ankole culture.
After lunch at Agip Motel Mbarara, you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth as you enjoy beautiful scenery, herds of long-horned Ankole cattle, tea plantations in Ishaka, rift valley escarpment, open grassland, and woodland savanna. You will then get on an evening game drive for sightseeing, which is much more rewarding en route as you drive to your lodge.

Day 2: Full Day Wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park
With the previous day’s memories, enjoy your breakfast ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After a primate walk and lunch, a two-hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is a worthwhile opportunity to see hippos, buffaloes, kobs, elephants, and warthogs among others. This trip also gives visitors a chance to see spectacular bird species.
You will then get on an evening game drive to encounter elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, and kobs among many other wildlife species.

Day 3: Lion Tracking Experience in Queen Elizabeth
Begin your day with a cup of coffee, and then an early morning game drive with a lion-tracking experiential research tour along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile. Other wildlife to encounter includes elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, spotted hyenas, bushbucks, stripped jackals, comical warthogs, elusive leopards, kobs, and a variety of bird species.
