You will fly to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s top wildlife safari park for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps, then a safari game drive along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile, which makes visitors encounter elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, and warthogs among others.

Queen Elizabeth Gorilla Flying Safari Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be personally met by our company representative upon arrival at Entebbe airport, and then transferred to Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel for your overnight stay and dinner. Meal plan: dinner
Day 2: Fly to Kasese Airstrip Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, be ready for a morning airport drop to catch up with your scheduled flight to Kasese airstrip that leaves at 0745 arriving at 1005. On arrival in Kasese, you will be transferred to Kyambura Gorge with your lunch at the nearby camp.
In the afternoon, you will get ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge with birding through the gorge as you will be watching a number of beautiful birds. After the primate walk, you will drive to Mweya Safari Lodge for your overnight stay and dinner. Meal plan: B, L & D
Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Begin your day with a cup of coffee, and then an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile, which makes visitors encounter elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, kobs, and a variety of bird species.
After lunch, an evening two-hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is a worthwhile opportunity to see hippos, buffaloes, kobs, elephants, and warthogs among others. This trip also gives visitors a chance to see spectacular bird species.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth-Bwindi
Get ready for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile. Other wildlife species to encounter include giant African elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, spotted hyenas, bushbucks, stripped jackal, comical warthogs, the elusive leopards, Uganda Kobs, and a variety of bird species.
Thereafter, you will drive through the Ishasha sector. This takes you through the unique western rift valley escarpment. If time allows, you will take on a mini-game drive in the Ishasha sector in search of tree-climbing lions, and then get your lunch at Savannah Resort hotel before proceeding to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 5: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking – Part of Queen Elizabeth and Gorilla Flying Safari
Begin the day with breakfast as you get ready for gorilla trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) staff. Ensure that you carry along with you a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, and jungle boots among others. The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy primates for a group you have been booked for.
Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare mountain gorillas, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. This tracking may take between 2 – 6 hours, but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent on relaxation and leisure at your camp.

Day 6: Village Visit – Fly Back to Entebbe
After your mid-morning breakfast, you will take a tour of the local Buhoma village. The Buhoma Village Walk gives you a great opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable forest live. It will also be a great way to support the local community directly.
The walk, which begins with your guide at Buhoma Community Rest Camp, is so informative and rewarding to all visitors. Thereafter, you will be transferred to Kihihi Airstrip for your afternoon flight that leaves at 1405 arriving in Entebbe at 1555. At the airport, you will find our guide ready for transfer back to Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel. Meal Plans: B, L & D
Day 7: Entebbe Out
Get on an early morning transfer to the airport in time for your flight back home or to your next destination. Meal Plan: breakfast.
