Luxury Flying Safari Queen Itinerary:
Day 1: Entebbe Airport – Fly to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Our guide/driver shall pick you up from your hotel in Entebbe for your transfer to Entebbe International Airport, to catch up with a scheduled flight to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda. You can choose to go with a morning flight, departing at 0745 arriving at 1005, or with the afternoon flight, departing at 1245 arriving at 1435.
Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth Uganda Park at Mweya or Kasese Airstrip, you will be transferred by our safari vehicle to your lodge facility for relaxation and refreshing. Those arriving on the morning flight will have the opportunity to sample a mid-morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile. Spending the evening on a game drive for sightseeing is also much more rewarding.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge (luxury facility). Meal Plan: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 2: Full Day in Queen Elizabeth National Park
With the previous day’s memories, enjoy your breakfast ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After a primate walk and lunch, a two-hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is a worthwhile opportunity to see hippos, buffaloes, kobs, elephants, and warthogs among others. This trip also gives visitors a chance to see spectacular bird species.
Dinner and overnight stay at Simba Safari Camp/Wild track Safari Lodge (budget facility). Meal Plan: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 3: Fly from Queen Elizabeth Park – Entebbe Airport
Begin your day with a cup of coffee, and get ready to take on a second-morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queen’s Mile which makes visitors encounter elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda kobs, and a variety of birds.
You will then be transferred to Mweya or Kasese airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe Airport, departing at 1020 and arriving at 1125. The afternoon flight departs at 1455 and arrives at 1555.
For visitors who wish to leave on the afternoon flight, you will leave after an early lunch and with enough time to discover more in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Our guide will be ready to transfer you to the Airstrip to catch up your return flight from back to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight to your next destination.
